Following the revelations from quarrygirl.com that Vegnews uses non vegan istockphotos to illustrate vegan recipes Vegan cook/author and photographer Tony Bishop-Weston from Foods for Life / Plantarian / One World Day has offered his services to the harangued editors of Vegnews."We will match any istockphoto price and recreate and reshoot a vegan plantarian version of a meat based photo for Vegnews. We understand Vegnews editor's predicament and the fact that it is standard industry practice to do this but "standard practice" is killing us slowly with diabetes, heart disease, cancer, stroke, dementia, obesity and inflammation as well as having catastrophic consequences for the planet. There is a public expectation that we DON'T follow standard practice!"
This will be used by those addicted to meat and dairy and paid to promote the nihilistic status quo to suggest vegan food is not as appealing and that is simply not the case if it's done right.
