Solution - our friends at LUSH cosmetics could find no truly sustainable industrial sources of Palm Oil so they invented their own solid saturated fat alternative from a mixture of sustainable vegetable oils.

Thanks for posting this information. As an avid soap maker, I was considering using palm and palm kernel oils in my soaps to increase the hardness. Now that I know where the palm oil is coming from, I will continue to make my soaps without it.
